Central West Off Road Bicycle Club

In 2012 the Central West Off Road Bicycle Club will be running 1 hour, 3 hour and 6 hour MTB races at Bald Hill Reserve in Geurie and Mugga Hill near Dubbo.  There is also an informal spring spin at Beni Forest.

1 hour MTB Races

See the schedule for dates for 1 hour MTB races around Dubbo and Geurie. The aim of these races is to offer a non-daunting race, something which could be an introduction for the newbies and which runs in grades so that most will be in with a shot at the prizes. The second race may be handicapped depending on results from the first. The cost of these races will be MTBA day license fees (for non MTBA members) plus $5.

3 hour and 3/6 hour MTB Races

See the schedule for longer race dates in the area.   The 3+3 format race means you can either race the 3 hour, or continue for another 3 hours for results in the 6 hour.  Costs for both of these events will be day license (for non MTBA members) plus $15.

Beni Spring Cycle

We are planning a fun cycle exploring the trails of Beni Forest near Dubbo.  Previously State Forest land the Forest is now managed by NPWS.  The Service is fully supportive of the event as they are very keen to increases visitation to their Reserves.
